Tottenham are reportedly closing in on Savinho while also advancing talks for Manchester City teammate Omar Marmoush, with the potential double transfer valued at around €151m (£130.6m).
Spurs' long-running pursuit of Savinho is significantly further advanced, but Brazilian outlet Globo Esporte reports that negotiations for Marmoush are now progressing as well.
If both deals are completed, Roberto De Zerbi could add two Manchester City attackers in one of the biggest pieces of business of the summer.
Tottenham near €99m agreement for Savinho
Savinho is currently the player closest to joining Spurs.
According to Globo Esporte, Tottenham and Manchester City have largely aligned on the terms of the transfer, leaving only final details to be resolved.
Those issues are expected to be settled this week, after which Savinho could receive permission to travel to London and undergo his medical.
The Brazilian report places the guaranteed fee at €93.3m (£80.7m), with another €5.7m (£4.9m) in performance-related bonuses.
That would take the complete package to approximately €99m (£85.6m).
The breakdown also supports earlier reporting from ESPN Brasil journalist Bruno Andrade that the operation would be worth around £85m without the entire amount being guaranteed.
Savinho's own position appears clear. The winger reportedly wants the Tottenham move and was not included on the bench for City's 3-0 Community Shield defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.
Marmoush talks emerged during Savinho negotiations
Tottenham could now take another attacker from City as part of the same negotiating relationship.
Globo Esporte reports that Spurs expressed their interest in Omar Marmoush while holding discussions over Savinho.
Talks for the Egypt international are subsequently said to have advanced, potentially taking the overall value of the two operations to approximately €151m (£130.6m) when guaranteed payments and bonuses are combined.
Based on those figures, the Marmoush element of the proposed double deal would account for roughly €52m (£45m)of the overall package, although the supplied reporting does not provide a separate detailed breakdown of his fee.
What began as Tottenham's pursuit of Savinho could therefore develop into a major double raid on City's attacking options.
Savinho could become Manchester City's record sale
Completing the Savinho deal on the reported terms would also create a new transfer record for Manchester City.
Julián Álvarez currently represents City's biggest sale after joining Atlético Madrid for €75m (£64.9m). Savinho's €93.3m guaranteed fee would comfortably surpass that figure even before bonuses.
It would mark a significant change from City's position only a year ago.
The Premier League side reportedly rejected a £60m (€69.3m) Tottenham approach last summer before handing Savinho a new contract running until 2031.
Twelve months later, Spurs are now approaching the €100m mark to finally secure the Brazilian.
