Everton's interest in Palmeiras striker Vitor Roque has been confirmed by the player's agent, André Cury, although the Brazilian club reportedly want at least €50million (£43million) before considering a January transfer.
The 21-year-old has also attracted attention from Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham as Premier League clubs assess their attacking options for 2027.
However, there is no confirmation that Everton have submitted a formal offer.
Vitor Roque agent confirms Everton interest
According to Bolavip Brasil, Cury acknowledged Everton's interest when contacted about the striker's future.
"There are many clubs in Europe interested in Vitor," the agent said.
The report also identifies Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham as interested parties, with contact reportedly established between English clubs and Roque's representatives.
The Brazilian returned to his homeland in February 2025 after struggling to establish himself at Barcelona and during a loan spell with Real Betis.
He subsequently rebuilt his reputation at Palmeiras, scoring 20 goals during his first season.
Palmeiras set €50m asking price
Palmeiras reportedly consider €50million the minimum fee required to open negotiations.
Roque's contract runs until December 2029, leaving the Brazilian club under little immediate pressure to sell.
Barcelona could also benefit financially from a transfer.
The Spanish giants retained a variable sell-on entitlement when Roque joined Palmeiras for €25.5million plus potential bonuses.
Under the reported agreement, Barcelona would receive 20% of a transfer fee exceeding €41million.
A €50million deal could therefore generate approximately €10million for his former club.
Everton weigh January attacking options
David Moyes is reportedly considering Roque as an option to strengthen Everton's attack and provide competition for Thierno Barry.
However, the proposed fee would represent a substantial investment, particularly with several Premier League rivals monitoring the situation.
Everton must decide whether to pursue the Brazilian or prioritise more affordable reinforcements.
