Fulham have made their move for Ricardo Pepi — but PSV Eindhoven aren’t budging.

Foot Mercato report that Marco Silva’s side tabled a €30m bid for the 22-year-old forward, only to see it quickly rejected by the Eredivisie champions.

PSV’s stance remains clear: it will take a significantly higher offer to tempt them into selling their in-form striker this summer.

Leipzig Circle After Šeško Sale

RB Leipzig are also in the mix. The Bundesliga side have agreed to sell Benjamin Šeško to Manchester United and want Pepi as his replacement.

While several clubs are keeping tabs, Fulham and Leipzig are the only two mentioned by name so far.

PSV Holding Their Ground

Eindhovens Dagblad journalist Rik Elfrink has backed up Foot Mercato’s claims, confirming Fulham’s €30m approach and PSV’s rejection.

Elfrink adds that Pepi’s priority is to build on a breakout season in which he scored 18 goals and registered three assistsin 29 games — with an eye on even bigger numbers in 2025/26.

Analyst Verdict

Fulham’s €30m offer feels like an opening gambit, but PSV’s resistance suggests they believe Pepi’s value will only rise. Leipzig’s entry into the race could spark a bidding war — yet the player’s current focus on PSV’s campaign may delay any movement.

Key Insights

  • PSV reject €30m Fulham bid for Pepi
  • RB Leipzig also keen after Šeško sale to Man Utd
  • 18 goals, 3 assists in 2024/25 for PSV
  • PSV demanding higher fee to sell
  • Pepi focused on Eredivisie success

What’s Next?

With Leipzig needing a Šeško replacement and Fulham eager to bolster Marco Silva’s attack, PSV could be forced to reconsider if offers climb towards their valuation. Until then, Pepi looks set to stay in Eindhoven.

Should Fulham push past the €30m mark to land Pepi — or will Leipzig win the race for the USMNT striker?

he had a very good season at PSV, thats one of the reason why they got rid of Luuk de Jong. It would be a good fit for Fulham if they somehow manage to get him tbh
