Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace could face a significantly higher asking price for Corinthians midfielder André Luiz following his first senior Brazil call-up.
The 20-year-old attracted Premier League interest during the summer, with Forest submitting an unsuccessful €12million offer.
According to Brazilian outlet RTI Esporte, Corinthians now want at least €30million (£26million) for the midfielder, although no negotiations are currently taking place.
Nottingham Forest previously offered €12m
Forest attempted to sign André in August, submitting an initial proposal worth approximately €12million.
Corinthians rejected the offer and demanded improved terms, preventing the move from progressing.
Brazilian reports subsequently suggested Forest were prepared to wait until 2027 to complete a transfer.
However, later reports indicated the Premier League club had reconsidered its plans.
Crystal Palace have also been linked with André, although there is no confirmation that they submitted a formal bid.
Brazil call-up increases André's value
André's performances have earned him a place in Carlo Ancelotti's Brazil squad for November's friendlies against Japan and Singapore.
The midfielder has registered six goals and two assists in 41 appearances for Corinthians this season.
His improving form has strengthened his reputation, particularly after becoming a regular starter during Corinthians' recent matches.
According to RTI Esporte, the Brazilian club believe his international recognition could increase his transfer value further.
André will hope to make his senior international debut during the upcoming fixtures.
Corinthians set firm transfer demands
Corinthians reportedly want a minimum of €30million before considering a sale.
The Brazilian side previously attracted interest from AC Milan, while Nottingham Forest remain among the clubs to have explored a deal.
However, there are currently no confirmed negotiations involving André.
His international recognition could encourage renewed interest, but Corinthians appear determined to secure a substantial fee.
