Wolves block Fer Lopez exit as Celta Vigo talks collapse

Wolverhampton Wanderers are refusing to entertain Celta Vigo's attempts to re-sign Fer Lopez on loan, with negotiations reportedly reaching a complete standstill.

According to Faro de Vigo, discussions between the two clubs have become increasingly difficult, with Wolves currently unwilling to sanction the Spaniard's departure following recent events at Molineux.

The report describes negotiations as being "like arguing with an angry person" amid growing tensions surrounding the club.

Celta Vigo have spent much of the summer trying to convince Wolves to loan Fer Lopez back to Spain.

However, the Championship club have repeatedly resisted those approaches and now appear even less willing to negotiate.
