Fulham have officially appointed Alvaro Arbeloa on a three-year deal, and the former Real Madrid manager could quickly reshape the team with a younger, more attacking approach.
Arbeloa replaces Marco Silva, who left for Benfica after his contract expired. The 43-year-old arrives for his first permanent senior managerial role after progressing through Real Madrid’s academy and later taking temporary charge of the first team.
