Everton will reportedly need to significantly increase their offer for Jonathan Rowe after Bologna rejected a €30million bid and placed a €45m valuation on the winger.

According to Corriere di Bologna, Everton submitted an offer worth €30m for the 23-year-old.
Bologna quickly rejected the proposal, with the report suggesting the Serie A club did not even consider the figure worthy of serious discussion.
Their position is clear: €45m is needed to sign Rowe this summer.
That represents a considerable profit on the amount Bologna paid Marseille only a year ago.
Importantly for Everton, Rowe is reportedly attracted by the possibility of returning to England.
