Everton ready to bid €10m for Torino winger Alieu Njie despite resistance

Everton have reportedly emerged as the first club willing to make a significant financial commitment for Torino winger Alieu Njie, but their efforts have already encountered resistance from the Italian side.

The Toffees are understood to have made their interest clear after closely monitoring the 21-year-old over recent months. However, Torino have little intention of parting with one of their most promising young talents and are expected to reject Everton's initial approach.

While Everton are currently the only club willing to make a concrete financial move, reports indicate Njie's representatives have received enquiries from multiple clubs across Europe.

That means Torino may be content to wait.

Should the winger continue developing or attract additional interest later in the window, the Serie A side could strengthen their negotiating position even further.

However, it remains unclear whether Everton are prepared to meet Torino's reported demands or if their current proposal represents the upper limit of their valuation.
