Crystal Palace are already planning for life after Eberechi Eze, with Arsenal and Tottenham both circling and a release clause poised to trigger a summer exit. But the club’s recruitment team, led by Oliver Glasner, aren’t standing still.

According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Palace are targeting Dan Ndoye as a ready-made replacement—marking a bold step in the club’s summer rebuild.

Ndoye the Favourite to Replace Eze

The Bologna winger enjoyed a breakout campaign in Serie A, notching 8 goals and 4 assists in all competitions and playing a decisive role in their Coppa Italia triumph, where his winner sealed a first major trophy in over 50 years.

A move to the Premier League would cap off an astonishing rise for the 24-year-old Swiss international, who is also attracting strong interest from Napoli and unnamed Bundesliga clubs.

Arsenal and Spurs Ready to Trigger Eze Clause

With Eze’s stock rising after a stellar season—including an FA Cup Final goal against Manchester City—Arsenal and Tottenham are both expected to move for the England playmaker. The presence of a release clause makes his exit likely, even if Palace are reluctant to lose their talisman.

“We have to be ready for all outcomes—especially when it comes to key players,” said a club source.

Analyst Verdict

If Crystal Palace do lose Eze, Dan Ndoye offers something different—less finesse, more physical edge—but the potential is real. He’s a high-energy, two-footed forward who thrives in transition-heavy systems like Glasner’s.

Eze has been outstanding to replace him won't be easy! But Palace recruit very well, so probably a good player.
