- Every story is based on information from reliable and verifiable sources such as official club statements, governing bodies, or direct interviews.
- Facts are checked by our editorial team before publication.
- When speculation or opinion is included, it is clearly identified as such.
2. Independence
- Football Place is an independent publication.
We do not accept editorial influence from advertisers, sponsors, or football clubs. - Sponsored content is always clearly labelled as Sponsored or Partner Content.
3. Use of AI and Automation
- We may use artificial-intelligence tools to support editors with research or drafting, but no article is published without human editing and verification.
- All AI-assisted material undergoes human editorial review before publication, in line with our Responsible AI Content Policy.
- Final editorial decisions, fact-checking and tone are always controlled by a human editor.
4. Sourcing and Attribution
- We cite and link to primary sources wherever possible.
- We never use unverified social-media posts or anonymous tips as the sole basis for a story.
- Direct quotes are attributed accurately to their original speaker or source.
5. Diversity and Fairness
- We aim to represent the full spectrum of football culture and viewpoints.
- Discrimination, hate speech or bias have no place on Football Place.
